It was seamless. There were basic questions about scenarios in my previous jobs. The recruiter asked a lot of questions about my previous work experience. For example: How did you handle a situation when you had an irate customer?

Very high level but very professional interview rounds. They mainly focus on communication skills and how well we tackle situations when customer is irated. Overall difficulty level was high. There were 4 rounds of interview i went through and I'm glad I am selected.

My experience was a facetime, where they ask very personal questions, too many silly questions that don’t even have nothing to do with the job. They make it very uncomfortable, even virtually.
