Entretien
My initial interaction was with an Alorica representative at a career fair. She informed me of an upcoming open house with on-the-spot interviews.(I did apply online and completed the entire hour-plus application, but I do not know if it was even considered) The open house was for two days, but I made sure that I attended on the first day. I signed in, answered some questions on a questionnaire, then waited a few minutes to get an interview. Be sure to bring a resume because that will be the first thing that they ask for. (I was surprised to find that another candidate next to me complained about needing a resume for a telemarketing position; I thought that most people were aware that a resume would be needed for a business setting environment.)
I was asked more questions during the interview. Some of the questions that were asked are: What brings me here? What did I learn at my other job that I can use to make me successful here? What is my best communication skill (name one)? As well as other questions pertaining to my resume. I also asked the interviewer some questions like: What was training like? Is there room to grow in the company? What other position are there? What did he do to make himself successful in the company?

I attended a career fair onsite after completing my application online from home. My interview process consisted of meeting with two different hiring managers for about an hour each and finally HR. I was hired that same day and the total time was from 11:30am-4:00 pm. It was worth it because I did not have to attend a 2nd round interview.
