Entretien
It's very very short and you get hired on the spot. You have to do a drug test same day, as well. The people interviewing you are fairly young, and the questions are pretty simple.

It was problem solving questions, like scenarios of someone calling about their bill being high.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
