I submitted an application online. After few days I was called and was asked whether I am available for a phone interview or the best time to conduct an initial interview through phone. Since I was available that time, I accepted that chance to be interviewed. It was a short interview, a preliminary screening process. After she interviewed me, she said she will endorse my application to the next level of the hiring process and told me to expect a contact in the following days.
