If you apply on-line you will still have to do the application on-site, again. A recruiter will then take you to the back room and do interview. They will ask you to consider other projects if you have other experience that they see valuable or needed for other projects within Alorica (mostly the sales projects). Then they will usually tell you then and there if you got the job.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
