Zoom panel interview with three people including the director. They were a little late but that’s fine, however they appeared to be half-asleep and it was a sad interview. I didn’t see a fit and wasn’t offered the role anyway, I accepted another role but this interview was one of the weakest I’ve attended including their 2 week delay for a decision for a part-time role that pays $15 an hour.

Four rounds of interviews, all went really well (initial call, video call with e team members, group interview relaxed style with the entire team to check the vibes, final interview with last minute questions in regards to my plans) then I was ghosted. Overall seemed like a great company with a great team.

I did not receive any information on next steps after I had three interviews. I followed up multiple times via email and never received more info. It has been five months now. Everyone was super nice but typically after multiple interviews, there would be some notice of not getting the job or a job offer being placed.
