I interviewed with the hiring manager and his other direct reports that would have been my peers. Seemed like a very good culture. many employees had been there a very long time. They have very nice newly remodeled offices, but no one has doors.

They are essentially known for paying below market, but providing great job security. They are in a very low margin, cyclical business and have never had widespread layoffs.
