J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alma (Las Vegas, NV)
Entretien
There was s four part interview and I met with different leadership members from the company regarding my expected role. It took a few months before I was offered the position but the questions were fairly easy it just took a lot of follow up. It was not the best process.

It was going great at first but in the end, communication got bad after my last interview. I reached out to the recruiter and never got a reply but after about two months or so, someone on the recruiting team reached out to me to tell me I didn't get it which was weird seeing the position already started two months prior. I guess they tried :)
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alma en nov. 2023
Entretien
I started the interview process over 6 months ago. They filled up their slots so they said I would hear back when they hired again. I was delighted when I actually did hear back and picked back up where we left off. I feel a lot of companies don't do that. The final interview is a culture interview for 30 minutes and then the hiring manager interview for 30 minutes.
Interview questions were difficult but they were all listed on Glassdoor so I felt prepared. However, those questions are surprisingly the only questions that made the experience feel very scripted. Because the questions were so scripted, it was not a conversation. None of the questions pertained to the actual role but instead were very general interview questions.
It was hard to show my personality and skill by having to answer questions that did not pertain to the actual role. All of my most recent experience was in another field so that was top of mind in my examples. I would have loved to have been asked about my actual experience in the role because I had over 5 years of insurance experience.
I waited a week past when they said I would hear so I had to follow up with them which resulted in a rejection.
No offer was disappointing since, overall, I felt the interview went well. I asked for feedback, but I never got a response back which was more disappointing.
