An initial coding round followed by 3 interviews. In the coding round, we were asked to complete 3 programs in a hackerrank test. In the first interview round, we were again asked to code on hackerrank, with the only difference being we attended a gmeet and shared our screen too. And the next round was really bad, the interviewer asked a Graph based question, and eventhough I did tell a couple of approaches, he kept digging deeper into it with random questions. To sum it up, only coding questions based on Data Structures and Algorithms were asked. I don't think they even went through my resume.

I felt the process was very painful especially the rounds with India team. The process was pretty unorganized. I had 1 coding assessment, 2 coding rounds and 2 system design rounds. The recruiter was very helpful but still the company does not have any clarity on how to go about the recruiting process.

Complete waste of time. And a bad discussion post the interview process.
Before starting the interview process, I was clearly told that compensation isn't an issue at all, but later in discussions, I was told, my package is already higher and due to COVID people are joining at lower packages, which actually made me feel like the company is trying to exploit the COVID situation.
The decision and company policies are in the hand of HM, HR has no control. The company has no ethics and policies for the employees and candidates. Major of the pieces of information are hidden from the candidate.
Overall a bad experience, not recommend at all. And like to give a piece of genuine advice to all the readers, dont fall in this trap, if you like to make use of your time.
