I first had a 30-minute basic intro interview, discussing the job and company. After I had to submit 3 draft sales emails and record 1 sales pitch over the phone. After I talked with the friendly HR rep, and the COO, CTO, AND CEO in that order, over the course of a month, before receiving an offer. At almost all stages I had equal time to ask questions. They were very accommodating of the different time zones present between people in the interview (I was abroad and we conducted the entire interview by skype).
