The interview process followed a structured protocol consisting of several stages. It commenced with an initial contact from the HR department, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Finally, there was a virtual onsite session that involved a presentation and one-on-one discussions. The hiring manager's conduct during the interview process was disappointing and demonstrated a lack of professionalism. On two separate occasions, the manager was tardy, being late by 3 minutes during the initial meeting and by 6 minutes during the half-hour interview. Furthermore, the quality of both the audio and video during the second encounter was poor, and the manager mentioned issues with their computer running out of power. These instances strongly indicate a lack of concern for the interview itself and the candidate's experience.
