It was a great interview. The person who interviewed me was very nice & very patient with their questions. I was sad that I had to decline because I was relocating out of state. I thought I could still be a remote worker no matter what state I was in.

Do you have any experience with de-escalating a difficult situation in the work place?
Friendly and standard - I was familiar with the company prior to applying and found the conversation to flow well. This was for an agency, not for corporate so that would most likely be a totally different process.

The interview process for the Customer Service Representative position was not to hard. They asked general interview questions, such as "Tell me about yourself" How would you handle an angry client" etc.
