Disappointing interview process with lots of breaks in communication. The video/avatar based assessment technology (Hire Vue) they used was also not calibrated correctly so interviewing was awkward with things like illogical or repeated questions. Ultimately after taking months to complete the interview and assessment process the team an recruiter ghosted me so I never found out why the position was or was not a fit.

I was given a link to answer pre-recorded questions on Modern Hire. The recruiter gave specific instructions that said a webcam was not required and that it would be an audio interview. I was only given 48 hours notice to complete and already had a day booked solid. I was able to find a room to record the audio but did not plan to be video recorded. Would you not know it, the whole interview was on webcam. I was not in appropriate attire nor in a room setup for a video interview. Embarrassing process and completely unprofessional that the recruiter had no idea the requirements of the product being used.
