Initially, I had a phone interview with an Allstate recruiter after I had applied online. She asked basic customer service questions and later e-mailed me an online skills test to take. After about 2 months, I was called and asked to interview in person. The in person interview included a panel of 4 managers from various departments. However, the manager from the automotive department did most of the questioning. The questions were fairly basic and read from a packet that all the managers had and used to take notes.
