Lengthy time between phone screen and interview. And lengthy time to final decision but good all around process outside of that. Interview process was consistent with other experiences and average expectations
It was pretty easy. A basic interview with basic questions. The staff was amazing and me feel comfortable. It was a virtual interview with about 4 people. There about 3 different interviews
Very organized with straightforward questions you would expect for the role. It was limited to two rounds and had two people included in the interviews. Now just filling space for 30 word minumum.
30-minute phone interviewer with the recruiter, then a few weeks later was a 30-minute video interview with my manager. It was a very informal and casual friendly process and felt more like a conversation rather than an intimidating interview.
