Applied online. Received an email from HR to take an assessment test, and if I pass, I will move on to a phone interview. Passed the assessment test. Had a phone interview and I was able to have a second interview, at the place where I applied at. Two people interviewed me, one was asking the question, while the other wrote down my response.

First they surprise you with a competency test on the computer. Then interview if you pass the test you get brought in for the interview. People were really friendly and nice. Interview was conversational.

It was an automated telephone interview, they will send a link to your email, you must submit your phone and they will call you. You must submit your app online for some reason this thing won't let me submit my answers with less than 50 words.
