Step 1) Call from an employee of allstate to discuss about possible timings and just few questons on background. step 2)Interview with senior employee Jow viola(I dont know his position).He was very friendly. Introduced himself.Explained abut the postion and company and started interviewing... All the questons were on attitude and team management. Some questions 1)how would you fit in a team 2)did u have a a situation where ur team member is not working well 3)why do u like working with unix... Interviewer is so cool he carries all the weight...no tensions.....most wuestions on team management..
