Entretien
They start off with an automated phone interview, then they move you into an online assessment, and then from there, if you are selected to proceed, they will call you to set up a table interview. It was a really quick process, the whole thing took less than a week.

Give an SPECIFIC example of when you've had to deal with a difficult customer, how you dealt with it, and what the outcome was.
Loved the interview process where they explained in detail the job requirements and pay structure. I was pleased to know that they support new hires. I interviewed with 2 people.
It was very simple five question virtual interview. I was extremely nervous at first. Just take your time and use the star method and you will get a call back.
Super positive process, overall it was a good experience. Friendly, timely and professional company, good to work for. I had streas in the hiring process, but as i went through it felt much easier
