I was first e-mailed to set up phone interview, after that online assessment, then face to face interview. I was interviewed by team leader and then her manager. Team leader asked me these situational questions for an hour. Her manager was brief, about 15 minutes.

None of the questions in face to face were difficult. They were all situational. Don't know what they were looking for.
The interview was simple. I had one interview with the hiring manager that lasted about an hour. She was very nice and I was able to ask any questions I had at the end of the interview.

First you do an assessment then a phone interview and finally in person interview its quick and they tend to be genuinely friendly and accommodating to issues was not too bad

The interview was about 1 hour and 30 minutes. After they asked a few behavioral questions they went over work history. Then we did a tour of the facility and they had me to sit with a specialist while I watched her take a few calls. Once that was over they told me I’d hear something back within a week
