J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Allstate (Denver, CO) en avr. 2016
Entretien
A 10 minute interview about why I wanted to work for Allstate. I was also asked about current salary, hours, if I have a bachelors degree. The phone interview was very basic and I don't think that it was anything too difficult. After the phone interview I was given an interview online to test basic behavior skills.

Two days after that got another email to schedule a virtual interview with HR. Interview was very short about 25 minutes, basic behavioral questions, questions about job like availability, flexibility and pay. The interview process was pretty straight-forward. After I submitted my application, I was contacted the same day to set up an over the phone interview. Interview was scheduled for the following week. I talked with my recruiter over the phone for about 30 minutes or so. This was a time for me to find out more about the job, and for Allstate to learn more about me. She asked a few behavioral based questions, but nothing too difficult. I did well on that interview, so from there I was asked to complete a test on the computer. The test takes about an hour, and asks a series of situation-based questions. You have to score within a certain range to be considered for the job. I did well on that, so I was contacted a few days later to schedule an in person interview later that week.
The in person interview was the hardest part of the process, but was still pretty simple. I met with the manager at a local Allstate drive-in location. I ended up being interviewed by three of the managers in the area. They were all very nice and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or out of place. This was a time for them to learn more about me and ask any questions I had. Then we walked through a series of behavioral based questions. I felt really confident leaving the interview. The next day I got a call saying that I got the job contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
