Nothing special, All average questions, tell me about yourself, which place you are from, where did you do your graduation, when did you pass out etc, which are general to any company. No questions asked specific to the role I applied later I came to know from one of my friend who used to work there about their Kerala sentiments, he told me like most of the senior management, HR etc are from Kerala and they feel comfortable with keralites.

This was an incredibly unprofessional experience from beginning to end. The all scripts recruiter I interacted with was very disorganized. She scheduled me with the same interviewer twice rather than progressing me to a second round interview. The interviewer seemed frazzled and unprepared for the interview. He could not tell me what the next steps of the process were except that their recruiters would be in touch. When I finally did get a proper second round interview, the interviewer was in a hurry and asked me rapid fire questions, clearly intending to get me off the phone as soon as possible. He also could not tell me anything about diversity initiatives at the company. After several rounds of interviews with unresponsive and uninterested individuals at Allscripts, I was sent a generic “thanks, but no thanks” rejection email.
