I met with Ryan Posey at his desk in the "MARC.". He gave me a quick tour of the facility and then we sat down for the interview. He went through a series of questions from a form on his computer monitor. Then he summarized the job description and duties as well as a history of Allied Universal. At the end of the process he said that he would contact Isabel and have her proceed with the hiring process.

The interview process went very smoothly. Mr. Eric was very understanding with his questions and was proving great feedback throughout the interview. Mr. Eric was able to learn more about me and know the steps that I look forward to making in this upcoming role. The interview process also delivered some key points that I was able to make note of. The interview ended with me feeling energized and ready to get on the Leadership board and provide great leadership and more to the team.
