Was greeted by account manager himself (Rafid Stanley) at the time, not sure where he about now in AUS. Everything was well organized and presentation of what the company was about was shown to me, the potential of this company and growth was there. It was a no-brainier to work for this company and hoping they would select me.

I had multiple online interviews that I was supposed to complete for each job applied for. There was an Armed Supervisor, Armed Security Officer jobs and a variety of others. The interviewer never arrived for any interview. These positions were for a variety of locations between Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, Ohio.

The in person interview was quick but also effective. Good questions were asked to gauge my capabilities and my time wasn’t wasted with a lengthy process. I was also given the time and opportunity to ask questions of my own to ensure this job was a good fit for me.

I received an email from the company to download a app to do my video interview with my phone. It didn’t take too long to complete all the questions that was asked concerning security situations that I had participating in.

One of the most intense situation in my job that I had to respond to I think our I chose me proceeding CPR on one of the residence at one of the post I worked at and a possible shooting.
