Two face to face interviews.
The first one was with one of the Team Leaders and a Senior Spanish Officer who was there with the purpose of access my level of Spanish, since this was a bilingual position.
The questions asked were the most common interviewing questions such as:
"Tell me your weakness, your strengths, why we should hire you, tell me about yourself, what would you like to be in 5 years time, etc"
Along with this, there was a basic English test and a mock email to reply in order to access the level of customer service. Unfortunately I do not remember the question, since this took nearly 3 years ago.
The second interview was with the Team Manager, the HR and another TL. This one was focused in how do I feel working in a pressurized environment, questions related to my previous job and again the top 10 most common interview questions.
Basically AWC seeks for people who can work under pressure, people with great communication skills and most important, people with Customer Services Skills, which means somebody that will not panic when the customer is complaining on the phone or on emails...
