Vorstellung der einzelnen Teilnehmer. Fallstudie auf Englisch vorgestellt, sowie diverse Fragen rund um meinen vergangene Tätigkeiten und den Grund meiner Bewerbung. Fragen zum Thema Service Managament und dem Vorgehen zu bestimmten Beispielen erörtert. Durchsprache der bisher von mir durchgeführten Tätigkeiten sowie den Schwerpunkten meiner bisherigen Arbeit.

Interview was scheduled by Allianz Pune Recruiter. It was scheduled over a VC and went on for 1.5hrs. Interview process was smooth and went well. I cleared the technical round of interview as confirmed by the Hiring Manager and was further going to be processed for 2nd round of Interview from Germany Stakeholders. After this I never received any update from the HR in Pune. I tried to chase them via email and call but there was no feedback or response from the HR. The least a candidate could expect is a transparent interview process where the organisation should recognise the efforts and time spent by the candidate for giving the interview and timely feedback should be shared by the HR. This a very basic expectation any candidate has from the recruiters. Unfortunately Allianz Pune failed to keep up to my expectation and I never received any response further.
