I applied for a work student position online and called for a phone interview within 2 weeks . Basically i was asked behavioral questions coupled with skill questions where i had to give answers relating to my previous job . It was easy going and HR and technical manager were friendly. After 2 weeks i was invited for a personal round of interview where to give two presentations on the related topics. It was done to check the language skills, research and presenting skills with capacity to articulate the issue. Hiring managers were supportive and friendly.

It was exhausted, confusing and never clear about what kind of position I would get as they were needed different new students. They did not make me feel comfy at all, and was an interview by videocall with 5 "managers", one of them looked a bit high... It was totally a waisting of time , and also they did not give me any response until I asked directly , and was not student job for me, of course.
