Loss of personal touch due to a large amount of people attending. People would be taken off for one on one interviews and brought back for a seminar. Would recommend they do not hold the community hire days as it felt like going to School.

The interview process was at an induction day where multiple candidates were present. We received a presentation and spoke to existing employees. It was an insightful day into the life of a claims handler.
quick with interview and call exercise. Easy if you have customer service experience. You get notified of your outcome in the next few days. The interview is mainly behavioural and can be tough but be honest
