The process started with an application and a phone screening to evaluate basic qualifications. I was invited for an in-person interview with hiring managers and team members, assessing technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and cultural alignment. The process concluded with reference verifications prior to an offer.

At first there was a written test which had questions to test the general aptitude and language. Second round was speaking. a topic was given and we were to speak about it for 3 minutes. third round was the interview. It was just a casual interview with general questions to check the language skills and how you answer the questions.
