J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez AllianceBernstein (Los Angeles, CA) en avr. 2017
Entretien
Entirely too long of a process. Small firm that thinks a little too highly of themselves. First round was a phone call, pretty brief and straight forward. Second round was in person consisting of 3 interviews with 2 associates at a time. Behaviorial based questions, they'll also ask general questions about the market. Recieved a call back for a third round, again entirely too long of a process. Third round was just lunch with the associates who interviewed me. You'll sit in the conference room and eat dry salads with those weirdos as they attempt to make casual conversation and still probe your brain. Received positive feedback initially, then they disappeared for a couple of weeks and went with someone else. Overall huge waste of my time for a crap firm.
Behavioral and situational questions while reviewing your resume highlights, strengths, weaknesses, and why you're interested in AB and more specifically to the role itself. Very similar to the rest of entry level job interviews

After submitting your resume, you will get an email with a online interview invitation. If you pass the initial online interview, you will then interview in person. The online interview is not with a person, but just answering prompt video questions. You record your answers and submit them.

Question 1
The interview was difficult and they asked a lot of general interview questions regarding the role and experience. They also have a small test at the end. The interview was about 2 1/2 hours long.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez AllianceBernstein (New York, NY) en août 2025
Entretien
The interview process was incredibly communicative and swift. If they want you, they let you know fast and you can tell by their demeanor. Make sure you research the firm, their clients, and why you want to join the industry.
