Entretien
Phone interview with the CEO followed by an in-person interview. Interviewed with directors of 2 different departments and received an offer by email a couple of weeks later. The interview was mostly about getting to know each other, future plans, and past experience, felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Entretien
Interview felt like a waste of time, the interviewers seemed to have decided they wouldn't hire me before the interview began. I was also left hanging, it has been a few months and I have yet to hear a rejection.
