Called shareholders for them to vote on proxies. Sometimes it was regarding mergers, other times it was regarding voting for new management positions. Lots of the times shareholders did not even know about their proxies. Had to deal with a bunch of rude people to be honest. Pretty boring stuff.

You only call a number with an ext and read a Proxy Script. You include your contact information. If they like your reading, then they call you and offer you a job. They only verify that you have the equipment required and understand you have a temp contract.
