I was initially contacted by HR to have a phone screen. I passed the phone screen and moved on to one on one interviews with members of the team. When I contacted HR to follow up I received no response. I assumed that they were busy so I reached out again and still no response. This appears to be a case of Ghosting. I wish companies would not do this to perspective candidates. It's unprofessional and disrespectful.
