I have cleared 2 telephonic, client, hiring manager(during this interview, he told me everything is positive, I've made and hr will call you for salary discussion) & hr rounds. They have told me I have cleared all the rounds. In the they told me client didn't shortlist my profile & my profile is put on hold(Although, I had cleared client interview). It's pure waste of time, effort and money. Guys, beware of this fraudulent company. Don't waste your time on attending interview for this company.

The position was for Embedded Software Designer for Automotive Client. The interview process consisted of two rounds both phone interview, one was technical the second one was behavioral. The technical questions were related to my experience on my resume and some important concepts related to embedded programming. The second round was more like a conversation and I asked a few questions about the company and the role that is being offered. The whole experience was very positive and they were able to answer my questions regarding the role and various challenges that come with it, in a very satisfactory manner. Following this, I had a interview call with the program manager to acquaint with the team and job. Finally by the end of the day got a call from the business development manager saying that I have been selected and again a short discussion when can I'm expected to join. The whole process lasted for just one day before several conversations with the recruiter from staffing agency.
