There was a brief overview of the company, the flight attendants present introduced themselves to everyone and everyone became familiar. Then we were split into 2 separate groups. We introduced ourselves then we recited our PA to the interviewers and everyone in the group. We then worked in groups of 2 to answer a situation interview question. We then we're given a core value and we had to stand up and say how we relate to it and how we would implement it at allegiant. We then were told to go outside and that's when they sent a couple of people home. We then did our one on one interview and was sent home. They told me they would send an email within a week to let me know if I was chosen. The wait has began.
