3 Rounds with 4 total interviews featuring 2-3 interviewers each time. They required a set of questions be answered over email before the first interview was offered. Helpful HR and nice interviewers. Very technical economic/aviation questions that a layman would not be able to answer at all. Only 2 behavioral questions in all 4 interviews combined.

I applied online and then the recruiter asked me three simple technical questions that all Economics majors will be able to answer easily. Then she set up a video interview that lasted for 45 minutes and it was a panel interview.
