Applied online and showed up for my interview two weeks later. The interview itself lasted about twenty-five minutes and was very welcoming and laid back. I received an email the next day about how to move forward with the fingerprinting process.

I have friends that work for airlines in the same airport, so I thought Allegiant would be a good fit for me. Applied online and got an interview instantly. Literally showed up 15 minutes early to my interview just to have no one from the airline show up. I waited 30 minutes past my interview time, and still no one was there. I emailed them to see if maybe they had forgotten my interview, and got no reply. Completely unprofessional and unorganized. The workers are unprofessional, the management is overworked and unorganized, and the planes always break down. Don't work here.
