1st Interview was via the internet, one way, computer recorded. This was a little intimidating because I'd never done an interview this way. However, it turned out just swell because they allowed for practice sessions before submitting. Once reviewed, I was sent an email, and offered a second interview (a week or two after initial interview). I was given a couple options to attend the group interview. I chose Sanford/Orlando airport because it worked out in my schedule. The 2nd interview consisted of: informational briefing of the company (Alex did a wonderful job of presenting, and I was even more encouraged to get on board with Allegiant; after, the flight crew introduced themselves (and appeared to be quite synergetic and positive); then the group of 18 applicants was divided into 2 and the group interviews took place; after, half the applicants were kindly dismissed while the rest of us took our turns interviewing one on one. I think it's absolutely conducive for the current supervisory flight attendant team to do the interviews. It makes perfect sense considering they know exactly what kind of people are required for the job and who would fit best in their team. 2 days later (yesterday) I received my email requesting for 5-7 professional references. I sent that out today. Once those replies come back, I will know if I get to move forward with the company... I'm hoping so!
