Entretien
I applied online on 10/7, got the email for the video interview 2 days later, on 10/18 I was invited to the interview which consisted of a presentation about the company and then group interviews. At the group interview the first thing we did was recite the announcement: "Ladies and Gentleman, prior to aircraft movement, all passengers must be seated with their seat belts fastened, seat backs up, tray tables and carry-on luggage stowed. All mobile devices should be in airplane mode or cellular service turned off." There were 9 people in my group (a total of 25 total as we were separated into 3 groups) 3 out of the 9 were chosen.. I passed the group interview and then did the face-to-face interview with one of the recruiters, Ashley. She was super sweet and friendly! On 11/15 I got the email to have Checkster do a reference check with at least 7 references. I completed that on 11/16 and I am no waiting for a response! I really pray that everything goes well and if it does I will get to start training in Las Vegas in January! It was an amazing process so far and Alex, Victor, Ashley, Jaime, Brianna & Kevin were all super awesome and friendly to the candidates! They answered all of our questions truthfully and made us feel welcome to the Allegiant Family! Hope to hear from them soon!! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!

Question 1
During the group interviews we were split into pairs and asked a scenario question..I don't believe there was a right or wrong answer just how you would handle the situation the best. Then we were asked how to relate one of Allegiant's core values to a situation in our life. After that we waited to see if we moved on to the One-on-One interviews. During this One-on-One I was asked about my strengths and weeknesses, about an emergency situation I have expereinced and how I handled it and about a complicated situation I had at my job and how I handled it. Again no wrong answers. Just be honest and genuine! BE YOURSELF!!!! :-)
My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.

Entretien
Interview consisted of a group information session about the job, pay, ect. After that we were spilt into smaller groups and we answered a question, recited the announcement they gave up to memorize prior to the interview, and then we completed a group activity. After that those who got to the 1-on-1 interview stage sat in the jumpseat to make sure we could buckle in, and then interviewed with one of the recruiters.

Video Interview is very easy and simple. They will give you 3 questions and you will have all the time and retakes for your answer. Good luck and hoping for the best to everyone.
