A two part process. First one with recruitment and the hiring manager. Second one with head of department. Fair but tough process and they want to make sure you know your stuff.

After sending in my application - I received a interview email bac quite quickly. The interview itself was held over the phone. It was relaxed, they asked questions about my CV, my future goals, and why I wanted the position. It was an hour long first round interview - that was a bit draining.
