phone interview with recruiter and then phone interview with manager . do a back ground check, and they check your reference from friends or past employers

I had to prescreen interviews with a staffing agency that went well. I had a third interview with the Director of AllCare Plus and with a quality manager. Where I was told that I did not have to put my screen monitor on because they were not going to put their monitors on. The entire interview was a waste of time they basically were patronizing me and was making the questions up that had nothing to do with the job or the position. Needless to say, I did not get the position. Which is probably a good thing. Given their less than the stellar presentation of the company they work for.
