The interview was very odd. It was not a very formal interview but I did feel like I was leading the interview and asking more questions. Even in informal interview settings, this has not happened to me before. Towards the end, the hiring manager literally hit on me. Honestly, the tech industry struggles to figure out why there are not enough women in tech. I was invited for a second interview but I declined because there is no way I am working for a company that hits on a woman during a job interview. I was deeply disturbed and shaken by it. I would not recommend interviewing with All3Media to anyone.
