Interview process was detailed and interviewers were very friendly. As the company is a manufacturer, the interview process intailed time on the floor and at more than one of the manufacturing locations. A grasp of the product line and manufacturing is needed. Once the interview were completed a job offer was presented. I did not pay attention to the culture during the interview process but in retrospect, the employees are well liked and turnover is low.
