Started with a phone interview. Next, I met with my immediate direct report boss and passed that interview. Was taken out to lunch which made interview process more relaxed and opportunity to get to know future boss on personal and professional level. Next step met with the President and CEO of company at Corporate office. Both interviews were positive experience.
