I applied online and got a call from the recruiter in a few days. They asked me to go for an in-person interview the following week. I was asked to create a presentation, which was followed by an interview and then a four-part test. Overall my experience with the interviewers was positive.
What was unprofessional was the radio silence after the interview. even after following up, there was no response. It takes approximately 2 minutes to type a rejection email of 2 lines. I think for someone who has invested time, energy and effort into this interview process you can do the bare minimum and type out an email of two lines notifying the candidate that it's not a match (asking for feedback or receiving any type of constructive advice is a bit farfetched at this point).
DO BETTER!
