Interviewer had a list of questions he had to check, but they hire anyone who comes in the door as long as you pass the drug test. There's also a skills test that's pretty easy as well but it's mostly irrelevant to the job. Lastly is a physical to make sure you can lift 50 pounds and push and pull stuff. If you can't lift 50 pounds they still hire you anyway. I've handed new hires items weighing 15-20 lbs and they couldn't hold them.

The initial interview was by phone then an in-person at the plant. Talked about previous job experience and the recruiter was very detailed on the pay, shift hours, how overtime is typically scheduled and the benefits offered.
