J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez AlixPartners en oct. 2024
Entretien
Did 5 rounds of interviews including a case study and personality test. After about 2 months of this interview process, they did not respond back to me either way even after multiple follow up emails. After about 2 more months, the HR rep finally got back to me to let me know the status. Very unprofessional and discourteous, especially after having gone through 5 rounds of interviews. They couldn't even take the time out to shoot me an email to let me know I didn't get the job.

Entretien
Friendly, challenging and difficult. It was very technical and be expected to be asked detailed questions about your cv and experience. Interviewers were cautious and stern and it seemed like the interview was not going well.
They are willing to answer questions and clarify my doubts at the end of the interview.

I didn't make it past the initial screening for AlixPartners, though it seems the process is quite involved as they want to get the right people in the role.
My review comes simply from the way the process was handled. The internal recruiter reached out initially on LinkedIn, and sent a JD *and* the salary range. Scheduling the call was seamless, and the initial screening was quite pleasant.
A couple of weeks later, the recruiter reached out for a followup call and I thought there was a chance I was moving on -- even though the screening call didn't feel super positive. Instead he was letting me know *personally* that they were not moving forward. While it was not great news (nor unexpected news) it was an exceptionally bright spot in my day that someone reached out in person to let me know my status, rather than getting the typical "while your experience is impressive..." form email.

Question 1
N/A - This was an initial screening so it was reviewing my background and experience; there were not typical interview questions.
