4 interviews and one online test. The first interview is with the hr person, then a general online test follows. After that an interview with two consultants, where they test your knowledge but also your aspirations. Afterwards I had an interview with another HR person. Another online test, this time focused on IO, followed. In the end the partner interview, where the partners gave me a case study.

The whole process went well. Communication was quite smooth. The staff were very supportive in providing the adjustments based on my circumstances. The interviewers were patient and willing to lead me to analyse the questions.
