Very extensive interview process. I interviewed via my MBA recruiting process.
R1) Screening call with campus recruiter. Very knowledgeable recruiter with industry experience.
R2) Call with Senior Vice President (5 years out of MBA). Typical walk me through your resume type interview with some technical questions throughout.
R3) Personality Assessment w Staff Psychologist. Fairly typical interview in spite of it being called a personal assessment interview.
R4) Red Carpet Day: 2 technical/behavioral interview (1 w a director, 1 w a Senior VP) and 1 case interview (with director). Case was typical style you would expect from Strategy consulting firm.
R5) Final behavioral interview w Managing Director. Very conversational w a few technical questions.
Also a few online assessment tests were required (logic and personality).
Overall very intense interview process but everyone was friendly, intelligent, transparent throughout. Extremely impressive process
