I interviewed with HR and was alerted to prepare a presentation the following week. I emailed that HR person 4 times and was “ghosted” with no explanation. No response, no clarification, no communication. I was told to expect a presentation phase the following week and received no communication beyond that. My repeated follow-up emails received no response. It is the ONLY time in my career that I have experienced that level of complete lack of mutual respect and professionalism. I would never recommend considering working for this organization. They are truly questionable. Anyone who's interviewed enough knows that the interview process is directly indicative of the leadership style. We are all human beings interacting with one another. Let's act like it. Preferably like adult human beings.
