They mentioned they'd send over a benefits package, but I didn't get it until I followed up about a week later. After that, I was told to 'stay put' while things moved forward. Weeks passed, and after Thanksgiving, I sent a follow-up email but didn’t hear back. I tried again after Christmas—still no response. My application still shows as 'active' on Workday, but the lack of updates and communication, along with being essentially ghosted after initial contact, has been a bit disappointing and unclear.
